Who am I?
I’m Hongjun, a product manager based in Shanghai. By day, I build products. By night, I explore AI agents, track markets, and occasionally write about things I find interesting.
What will I write about?
A few topics I care about:
- AI & Agents — I’ve been deep in the AI agent rabbit hole lately. Building my own personal assistant (OpenClaw) and learning a ton in the process.
- Product Thinking — Lessons from building products, making decisions under uncertainty, and navigating the messy reality of shipping things.
- Markets & Investing — Not financial advice (obviously), but I find macro trends and market dynamics fascinating.
- Random Thoughts — Sometimes I’ll just share things I’m thinking about.
Why write?
Writing helps me think. And if something I share happens to help someone else, that’s a bonus.
